About the Role:
Join FirstLight Home Care of Guilford and Jacksonville, NC as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients.
  • Monitor and report changes in client health and behavior to the nursing staff.
  • Assist clients with mobility and physical exercises as prescribed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients.
  • Document care provided and maintain accurate records of client progress.
  • Support clients with meal preparation and nutrition guidance.
  • Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Valid CNA certification in the state of North Carolina.
  • Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility needs.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Background check clearance and CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Compensation: $15.05 - $17.00 per hour
