At FirstLight® Home Care, we’re looking for compassionate, dependable professionals to join our team as Private Duty CNAs. This role goes beyond traditional facility care—you’ll provide one-on-one support in the comfort and familiarity of our clients’ homes, helping them live life to the fullest.

Hours of care: 5 am to 7 pm with time and a half paid for all overtime.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance)
- Offering companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being
- Preparing and serving meals according to client needs and preferences
- Performing light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe home environment
- Assisting with errands, transportation, and daily routines
- Following detailed care plans and communicating observations to the office team
- Other duties as assigned to ensure each client receives exceptional care
Qualifications:

Current North Carolina CNA license (required)
- Experience in private duty or in-home care (preferred)
- A passion for caregiving and a desire to make a difference
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine respect for others
- Reliability and professionalism in all interactions
- Ability to follow care instructions accurately and communicate effectively
